Rehearsal And Performance Of Little Theatre Opera Farewell To Cambridge

The plot arrangement and performance of an opera is the development and enhancement of a singer's vocal music skills,and also means an improvement of innovation and showmanship on stage.Based on my personal experience on stage,I herein elaborate my understanding of the theme and performance of little theater opera,which is a new form of art,and then give a introduction of the opera playing history in Henan University in recent years,by analyzing the plot arrangement and performance process of Farewell to Cambridge Again which played in the concert hall of Academy of Arts in Henan University in October 18^th,2017.It is fairly common that the opera choreography and performance in this university is low-budget in production,high-level in audience group,resource-sharing,simplicity in accompaniment and paying too much attention on singing while being short of performance practice.With all these characteristics,I thus give a sum-up in writen by analyzing the planning and design,role assignment,plot arrangement,stage preparation and post-production of an opera,and give my statement of the dialectical relationship of singing and performance of some main arias.I then,according to my experience and understanding of opera performance,give some practical preferences to the plot arrangement and performance of an opera or some of the large-scaled comprehensive form of arts of this kind.
