Research On The Significance And Construction Mode Of Artwork

With the rapid economic development of China and the constant improvement of people's sense of improvement,more and more people start to treat artworks as investment tools.In order to prosper the art and culture market,guarantee the fair artwork dealing and conduct proper artwork collection and hedging,society increasingly cries out loud for artwork filing.Based on this realistic social need and in accordance with the rules and characteristics of artwork creation,dealing,collection and supervision,this thesis specifically stated the significance and necessity for artwork filing and explored the artwork filing modes and methods on this basis.Based on the literature survey and analysis and artwork file definition,in the opinion of this author,the significance of artwork file is mainly demonstrated on five aspects in combination with artistic culture research,artwork creation rules and characteristics of artwork dealing and collecting:firstly,it is beneficial to research into the artistic ideas and creation patterns of the artwork creators;secondly,it is beneficial to the spreading of the cultural value of artworks and the prospering of artistic culture;thirdly,it can reduce the information asymmetry in artwork dealing,standardize dealing in the market and avoid dealing fraud;fourthly,it can reduce risks of artwork investment and collection;fifthly,it is beneficial to the research into the change rules in artwork value and to the guidance on artwork investment and hedging.In accordance with subject changes to artworks in market circulation,the author proposed four artwork filing modes,which are filing by creators,filing by dealing agencies,filing by collection agencies and filing by regulators,analyzed the file composition under different filing modes in accordance with the functions and business characteristics of different subjects and finally carried out a systematic summary of the artwork filing methods,listed the information expression forms of artwork filing and provided guidance and reference to relevant parties in the art market for artwork filing.The innovation of this thesis is mainly demonstrated on two aspects:firstly,it systematically concluded the significance of artwork filing and stated the necessity for artwork filing;secondly,it proposed the artwork filing modes,artwork file composition and filing methods and provided clear business and method guidance on artwork filing.
