| Aggressions in large sports events bring about many negative impacts to the society, how to prevent and reduce the aggressive behavior and the effect of the negative event is a problem for our attention. The theory of social information processing considers that the processing of information in the situation has an important influence on the later behavioral response. This study is based on the theory of social information processing to explore the influence and intervention of hostility attribution bias on aggression behavior.A questionnaire survey is used to verify the relationship between hostility attribution bias and aggression tendency among college students. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the hostility attribution bias and the attack tendency, and the hostility attribution bias explain the variation of 37.6% of the attack tendency. The effects of hostility attribution bias on aggressive behavior were discussed in this paper. The aggression questionnaire was used to measure the individual first, and then through the experiment to manipulate individual hostile attribution bias, finally the noises in the program when using competitive response time as measure of aggression, covariance analysis was carried out on the experimental data. The results showed that individuals with a hostile attributional bias after controlling the attack tendency had more aggressive behavior than those who did not.The intervention method of three small studies to explore hostility attribution bias.In the study of 3a,we used cognitive bias modification techniques to intervene for three weeks from a cognitive perspective. The results showed that there was a significant decrease in the hostility attribution bias and aggressive behavior of the active intervention group, and the effect remained after a week.In the study of 3b,we used emotion-writing expression paradigm to intervene for three weeks from the perspective of emotion. The results showed that there was a significant decrease in the hostility attribution bias and aggressive behavior of the positive emotion writing expression group, and the effect remained after a week. There was a significant decrease in the hostility attribution bias and attack behavior of the expression group of negative emotion writing, and the same effect still existed after a week. There was no significant change in the hostile attribution bias and aggressive behavior of the control group. Conclusion: 1)the hostility attribution bias of college athletes is positively correlated with the attack tendency, and the hostility attribution bias can effectively predict the attack tendency.2)an individual with a hostile attribution bias showed more aggressive behavior than an unhostile attributional bias.3)the cognitive bias modification technology and emotions written expression paradigm can effectively improve the individual’s hostile attribution bias, reduce the occurrence of aggressive behavior, and the effectiveness of the method is sustainable for a period of time. |
