Under the background of "Internet +" era,the deep integration of information technology and teaching has become the core idea of promoting education informatization.With the continuous warming of the research on key competences in English,the importance of information technology to optimize teaching process is becoming increasingly prominent.Automated essay assessing system has gradually entered the English writing classroom with the advantages of fast speed,high accuracy,personalized feedback and batch correction.Bingo English automated essay assessing system is one of the typical representatives,and there is not much related research on it.Bingo English automated essay assessing system is a kind of teaching service product developed by zhejiang university which is oriented towards English writing teaching in universities and high schools.It can not only use computers to correct a large number of compositions automatically,but timely provide learners with scientific,objective and personalized feedback.The major work made in this academic dissertation were as follows:First,theoretical research.Collecting and teasing out the related research on automated essay assessing system at home and abroad,which also includes analyzing the current development situation,and regards it as study theory instruction,at the same time,analyzing and interpreting the current situation of Chinese high school English writing feedback.Second,the teaching experiment process.Using quasi-experimental method to explore if the Bingo English automated essay assessing system can help learners to change their emotional attitude towards English writing and writing habits,make up for the defect of teacher's feedback,improve the efficiency of feedback,and promote high school students' English writing level;Third,data analysis and result discussion.By analyzing the data recorded in the "Bingo system" and the three samples taken in the experimental process,the conclusions are drawn.Class 7 in No.4 senior high school in Lanzhou was chosen as the experimental object,after a semester's "Bingo system" feedback,contrasting the results of paired sample T test of students' writing test paper,analyzing questionnaires and interview results towards teachers and students at the same time combined with three sample composition analysis(from the perspectives of overall score,word numbers,revise and re-submission times,error summary,organizational structure and the positive evaluation),the following research conclusions aredrawn:First of all,Bingo English automated essay assessing system reduces the ontological errors in the learner's composition,improves their emotional attitude towards English writing and writing habits.What's more,the effect is quite significant to the medium composition level learners.Second,the feedback form of Bingo English automated essay assessing system have increased the interest in English writing,stimulated the learner's enthusiasm to actively modify the composition,which can effectively alleviate the problems of the students' writing and finishing tasks.Finally,the status of teachers is unshakable.Although Bingo English automated essay assessing system can provide the higher efficiency in the aspect of "stupid mistakes" than teachers,the judgment of discourse,content and artistry also needs teachers' comments to make up for.Finally,the author makes a research prospect on the application of the automated essay assessing system in high school English writing.
