Chinese landscape painting reached its first peak in the period dating from the five dynasties to early song dynasty.Reflecting by the high awareness of aesthetic consciousness,the painting skills and languages and the continuous innovation of painting style.At this time,one of the characteristics of painting was to abandon the gold and green landscape which was popular in the Tang dynasty,and the ink landscape gradually became the mainstream of the painting.The four great painters“Jing Guan Dong Ju”proposed many of the new techniques and theories of painting that artists have boldly proposed,which absorbed predecessor's styles and inspired later generations of painters,so it was a milestone in the history of Chinese painting.The Five Dynasties to early Song Dynasty was a historical time of unstable political environment and unsafe social environment.To avoid the war,some painters live in the remote areas,which close to the nature.From that reason,the establishment of their aesthetic thinking was strongly influenced by Taoist thought.It is precisely because of the artistic atmosphere endowed by this era,the northern landscape painting and the southern landscape painting have appeared.The difference of regional culture is particularly striking in the southern school and the northern school,and it must have different influence on the two schools.This article mainly through to the "Jing Guan Dong Ju" specific paintings,to analyze the influence of Taoist thought in the paintings of the four great painters,alluding to the Taoist view of nature of deep influence on China's landscape art spirit.The paper firstly seeks the internal connection between Taoist thoughts and landscape arts through "Taoist Nature","Spirituality and Spirit","Invisibility of the Elephant" and the process of "Aesthetic View" of objects.By summarizing the development of the landscape painting in the period of the Five Dynasties and the early Song Dynasty,and the similarities between the social background and the background of the era of the Taoist thought and the mature period,the paper discusses the objective condition of the painter influenced by Taoism under the social environment at that time.Then,through the relationship between the region and the painters "Jing Guan Dong Ju" are divided into two groups,the north and the south.From the specific painting language and artistic thoughts,the influence of the Taoist ideas reflected in them is analyzed.Finally,it summarizes the impact of "Jing Guan Dong Ju" landscape art on Chinese landscape painting and the modern value of Taoist landscape thoughts.
