This paper uses the educational training materials published by the Massachusetts Collaborative for Educational Services(CES)as a translation study case and discusses the difficulties in translation.During the analysis, the paper clarifies the characteristics of the CES project and the translation difficulties that come with it.After the analysis, the paper compares two translation versions, and proposes relevant strategies to tackle the translation problems. This paper argues that the difficulty in translating this project lies mainly in the translation of the notes under the PPT slides.Since the trainee can only get the information in the notes through "listening",whether they can get all the information depends on the arrangement of the information value. The paper discusses information processing from three dimensions:the order of words, the order of clauses, and the mark of focus.Through the analysis, the author summarizes the information processing methods of CES project and proves that the information can be effectively transferred through these ways.
