Attachment is of great importance not only to psychological workers, but also to every individual's life.Early experience plays a significant role in the security of individual attachment, and the form of attachment will affect the individual's personality traits and determine the individual's interpersonal and intimate relationships in the future adult life.It is self-evident to enhance the safety of attachment. And what are the important factors that can change the attachment pattern and how to improve the quality of attachment, these problems need to be inspired by continuous research and exploration. This study takes college students as the research object, conducts attachment interviews with visitors, understands their attachment styles, and initially collects their growth data.At the same time, the Interpersonal Questionnaire and self-rating scales were measured.Afterwards, the consultants conducted therapeutic talks on them, mainly taking psychodynamic therapy and working on the visitor's early traumatic experience. One month later,a second attachment interview was conducted and an interpersonal problem scale and self-assessment scale were administered for analysis. The interviews and measurement tools used in this process included adult attachment interview and interpersonal problem scale(IIP-32).And Symptom Checklist(OQ45.2).After analyzing the data obtained from interviews and scales,it was found that although the type of adult attachment of visitors did not change, the quality of attachment did improve. This shows that starting from psychodynamic therapy,it is feasible to work on traumatic memory to improve the quality of adult attachment.
