On The Third Sacred War In Ancient Greece

As an important battle of the ancient Greece,the third Sacred War covered most of the polis in ancient Greece.This religious problems led to reorganization of the political power among the Greek states.Macedonia which located in northern Greece began to cause panic among Greeks and played an important role in the subsequent history of Greece.This article mainly analyzes the uniqueness of the third Sacred War in Greek history and its influence on later generations through the discussion of the background,process,and impact of the outbreak of war.The full text is divided into three parts:the introduction,the text and the conclusion.The body part includes three chapters.The first chapter mainly elaborates the background of the outbreak of the Third Sacred War from the historical origins of the Sacred War in Greece and the situation of prewar Greek,and points out that the outbreak of this war was unavoidable under the situation of Greek at that time.The second chapter mainly talks about the war process.It focuses on the analysis of the reasons for wars and the transformation of allies during the war,and analyzes the relevant important battles.The third chapter mainly analyzes the influence of the third sacred war on the Greek region,and analyzes the influence of the third sacred war on the political,military,and cultural aspects of the Greek region in comparison with the previous Greek pattern.Part of the conclusion lies in explaining that the third Sacred War did not bring lasting peace to the Greek region,only played a buffer role.The fourth Sacred War and the outbreak of the Chaeronea War brought Greece into the Hellenized period.The sacred war,as a war that erupted on the grounds of religion,maintains the sacredness of Delphi and its essence is the maintenance of the interests of self-states by states.
