Research On Application Of Bird Pattern In Plane Design

With the development of society,people are more and more aware of the importance of inheriting and carrying forward the traditional culture.It has become a development trend of modern art design to integrate the traditional decorative patterns into graphic design.As one of the classical decorative patterns in Chinese traditional arts and crafts,bird pattern runs through the development course of the whole Chinese civilization and has a long history.In order to inherit and develop the traditional bird pattern,it is necessary to collect and analyze its cultural and artistic value and its application in the field of design.There are a lot of bird pattern resources in the cultural relics of our country.Therefore,based on the archeological materials of fine arts,on the basis of understanding the origin,main functions and cultural connotations of bird patterns,this paper analyzes the basic structural patterns of bird patterns in Chinese cultural relics from the Neolithic Age to the Ming and Qing dynasties.And summarizes the bird shape pattern in each historical period the modelling characteristic and the expression technique.The application status of bird pattern in contemporary graphic design is analyzed by case study,and its application law is summarized.The characteristics and advantages of bird pattern in plane design are analyzed,and a set of operable design method is obtained.Carry on the design creation practice.From the point of view of design,combining theory with practice,it opens up new ideas and directions for the inheritance and development of traditional bird pattern.
