Autobiographical memory is about the past experience of an individual. There is a phenomenon of overgeneralization of autobiographical memory in the population of depressive disorder, which shows that it is difficult for the individual to extract the specific events of the past experience. This phenomenon is closely related to the mental health of the individual, which has always been a hot spot in the research of clinical psychology. In previous studies, researchers focused mainly on conscious extraction process of autobiographical memory, but ignored another way of extraction spontaneous extraction.Self-conscious extraction of autobiographical memory refers to the voluntary extraction of memory by the individual in the direction of the target, and the spontaneous extraction of the memory, while the spontaneous extraction refers to the individual's memory of accidental entry into the human consciousness without the requirement of the target, and it is almost unnecessary to spend time and effort.Spontaneous autobiographical memory has been regarded as a manifestation of abnormal memory retrieval. In the last 20-30 years, spontaneous extraction has attracted the attention of researchers and has carried out a series of studies in the general population. It is found that spontaneous extraction of autobiographical memory is a basic way of memory extraction.Spontaneous autobiographical memory is common in life, and the characteristics and consciousness of spontaneous autobiographical memory are characterized by spontaneous autobiography memory. There are many differences in the characteristics of sexual memory.A small number of studies abroad have compared the characteristics of spontaneous and conscious autobiographical memory and found that individuals with different levels of depression have differences in the specificity of two kinds of memory, but this difference is due to depression or by two different methods of extraction, which is not very clear, that is,depression.Does it have the same influence on spontaneous extraction and conscious extraction of autobiographical memory,or is spontaneous extraction independent from depression? The domestic research in this field is almost blank. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to induce spontaneous autobiographical memory and self-conscious autobiographical memory under laboratory conditions, and to compare the specific level and extraction time of the two to explore the effect of depression on spontaneous and conscious autobiographical memory, and to prove that spontaneous extraction is one of the autobiographical memory. The theory of the basic extraction method.Around this goal,we carried out the following two studies.(1)Study 1:the characteristics of spontaneous autobiographical memory induced by spontaneous autobiographical memory and vigilance tasks recorded by the natural diary method were compared to examine whether spontaneous autobiographical memory induced by laboratory methods could represent spontaneous autobiographical memory in daily life. This research is divided into two tasks.A total of participants participated in the study. The results showed that the spontaneous autobiographical memory obtained by the two methods had no significant difference in most memory characteristics.(2)study 2:on the basis of the results of the study,a laboratory method was used to compare the differences in the specificity of the two kinds of memory and the time of extraction at different levels of depression. This research is divided into two tasks,a total of 40 participants. The first task and the second tasks are separated by 7 days. The results show that the specificity of spontaneous autobiographical memory is lower than the specificity of self-conscious autobiographical memory, and there is no significant difference between the two in different levels of depression;the time required for spontaneous extraction of autobiographical memory is less than that of self-conscious extraction, and this difference is changed at different levels of depression. There were significant differences.
