Stratified teaching is in favor of the primary English teachers because it can satisfy different students' needs and make them have a good development.Stratified teaching can also optimize the overall teaching level of the whole class.However,it also has some disadvantages,such as label effect,fixed stratification,single evaluation criteria and students are lack of confidence.All these problems will affect the performance of the students' individual potential.This paper based on the previous research results on the theory and practice,put forward a new viewpoint of dynamic hierarchical teaching,with the implicit organic integration,intending to answer the following questions through the teaching experiment research:(1)What are the effects of the dynamic implicit stratified teaching on the overall performance of English listening,speaking,reading and writing in all levels of primary school students?(2)What are the positive effects of the dynamic implicit stratified teaching on students' interest,attitude and self-confidence in each level of English learning?(3)What are the negative effects of the dynamic implicit stratified teaching on students' interest,attitude and self-confidence in each level of English learning?The purpose of this study is to analyze the application effect of dynamic implicit stratified teaching,and to explore the inspiration of optimizing the dynamic implicit stratified teaching.In this experiment,two parallel classes in grade six of a primary school in Huaian were selected as the research subjects.They were the control class and the experimental class.The control class used the traditional teaching mode while the experimental class adopted the dynamic implicit stratified teaching mode.With the method of test,questionnaire and interview,this paper tried to find out the influence that the dynamic implicit stratified teaching pattern had on the students' examination result,their learning interest,attitude and self-confidence,etc.Through the above research,this paper obtained the following findings:(1)Compared with the traditional teaching,the dynamic implicit stratified teaching could significantly improve the students' English examination results,and effectively reduced the gap between the layers of students;(2)The dynamic implicit stratified teaching effectively enhanced the students' interest in learning and improved the students' learning attitude.It also enhanced the students' learning confidence.(3)For the weak students,there were still some problems such as slow adaptation,slow learning speed and so on,so that some students temporarily regressed or stopped.But on the whole,it promoted the students to communicate with each other and promoted the team cooperation and fonned a good competitive atmosphere.The above conclusions fully confinned the positive effect of the dynamic implicit stratified teaching on the primary school English teaching.In order to further optimize the dynamic implicit stratified teaching,this article analyzed from the professional quality of teachers,teaching strategies,hierarchical design,dynamic adjustment,implicit evaluation and other aspects,so as to optimize the overall class level of learning and promote all students to the goal of sustainable development.
