Based on the analysis of the color theory of Monetundefineds work "Water lily",this paper finds that the painting expression method which is different from the traditional painting "inherent color" is mainly through the exploration of Monetundefineds artistic road.The first part is mainly to explain the origin of this research paper,the purpose and significance of the study,research methods and strategies,and find a theoretical basis for the study.He loved to study the living things of nature,using the paint in his hand to cool and warm the colors,Complementary color changes to capture the natural moment of light and color impression,"impression Sunrise",this work clearly reflects his early works from realism and concrete to his later works tend to abstract changes.The expressive power of his painting art is worth analyzing.This paper briefly describes Monetundefineds experience and economic,political and social background at that time,the artistic characteristics of the group painting "water lily" and the profound influence of Monet on the later impressionist school.Through the study of Monetundefineds artistic road,the author tightly grasps the era and cultural background of Monetundefineds artistic creation,from which to explore his artistic expressive power,painting form and Monetundefineds personality charm,and the method and vision of observing things.In addition,the comparison with the most common subjects of Chinese painting,as well as the enlightening of oneundefineds own thoughts,is explained in detail.On the other hand,the purpose and ultimate significance of this study is to learn to observe the changes of light and color in nature.Color in the picture as the expression of emotion by color lyric,and can make the work to create a poetic sense.
