The Spatial Nature Of Su Xinping's Painting Art

Space as the contemporary art theme,more and more aroused people's concern and discussion.There are several types of space expression in painting: first,focus on the perspective,width,height,thickness and depth of the painting language space;Secondly,we should pay attention to the emotional space of social and historical culture and personal life emotion expression.At last,it is the spiritual space of re-understanding and rethinking of painting itself.Painting their own space,with the perspective,light and shade,color,shape,size,such as painting language,in the canvas,paper and other relatively flat two-dimensional space,create a sense of geometry,depth of three-dimensional space,and as a basic way of painting.And the second kind of perceptual space,expresses the social background of the life of the artist,the humanistic feelings,as well as the artist's own life emotion mainly,through the painting expresses his inner heart.The last one is more about the thinking of painting,it is the artist's re-understanding of art and reexploring,thus forming the artist's unique spiritual space.After studying the artistic works of su xinping,he found that his artistic creation covered two dimensions: social space and spiritual space.His original artistic creation more present the artistic features of regionality,mainly grassland,ger as the background,to life of the nomads,sheep,horses,cattle,as the main body,works to empty,grief,apathy,resolute,enthusiasm,honest and thick feeling.In artistic creation,the work on the urban space as a background,to life one of the men and women as a hero,the contemporary social culture as a subject,describing social change when the change of the material life and spiritual life of people,through the artist's unique Angle of view of social culture,politics,economy,and power.The present art creation is more about the art itself,less attention to the previous social culture,regional themes.Through the reinterpretation of the artistic language,the author finds its ownartistic essence,and makes its spirit and art make spatial connection.In this paper,the author will analyze how he USES the space to make artistic creation through the observation and research of su xinping's works.
