example,this paper analyzes the influence of the contest participation on the sports dance in Guilin city,summarizes the influence of the contest participation on the development of sports dance of children,then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,and provides some theoretical basis for the development of minority sports dance,and realizes the rapid and reasonable development of minority sports dance in the direction of science.This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field observation,mathematical statistics and so on.The situation of children's participation and the influence of competition participation on the development of children's sports dance in Guilin City are studied in depth.The results show that:1.Guilin The total number of children participating in the competition is relatively large,but the ratio of men and women is seriously unbalanced,showing the phenomenon of more women than men;the competition Children study The Age of sports dance has a direct impact on the frequency of children's participation,generally speaking,the length of the competition is high frequency.2.Guilin Children's participation groups mainly focus on single,two-item,choreography and six-person small collective,other groups to participate in children less;the children's motivation mainly to win the position mainly to test the learning results and exchange learning,such as supplemented;children to participate in a competition activities of higher requirements,mainly by parents to give,Parents to the children to participate in the competition activities expressed support for the development of sports dance in China plays a certain role.3.Competition participation to some extent to the training school source,popularity,organization and management brings certain influence,and the influence degree is bigger,the competition participates in obtains the result better,will increase the training school student source,enhances the school popularity,causes the school to be more rigorous,the standardization in the organization and the management.4.Competition participation can improve the ability of sports dance teachers to learn continuously,promote teachers to continue to improve their own sports dance level,and improve the teaching methods of sports dance.5.Contest participation can correct
