2017 Seminar Course on Eco-Resources Development for Eastern ASEAN Growth Area,which is aiming at building a bridge for the discussion and exchange between China and ASEAN countries on the development and management of ecological resources.This Seminar courses cover Water Resources Management,Industry,Forestry,Agriculture,Mining,Environment,Culture and Health.This report is a practical analysis and summary of the author's interpretation practice with transcript in one of the senior seminars of 2017 Seminar Course on Eco-Resources Development for Eastern ASEAN Growth Area,which aims at Water Resources Management System.This report is divided into four parts.The first part describes the basic information and situation of the whole task.The second part is a detailed description of the whole task process.The third part is the highlight of this report – case study.This report discusses how to deal with some problems with and without transcript in the interpreting practice.The speaker's speech was clear and coherent,but he still had some problems such as leaping lecture,a slip of tongue,repetition and confusion and misuse of logical relations occasionally.It is mainly used to discuss the interpreting strategies with transcript such as sight interpreting,omission and the application of faithfulness principle.The interpreting based on the speaker without transcript is mainly about the coping strategies in handling of professional knowledge and long difficult sentences,such as positive prediction,deverbalization and processing information.At the same time,this report focus and gives analysis on the problems that came up during the interpreting practice,such as misinterpreting,missing interpreting,too much filler words and inadequate expression.It also gives reference solutions for the interpreter who participates in similar interpreting activities in the future.The fourth part of this report based on Zhong Weihe's idea of the interpreter's knowledge requirement structure,then the author summarizes and concludes that the interpreter should improve bilingual expression ability,extend encyclopedic knowledge and their skills,so that to improve his ability of interpreting.
