Christianity is more rich in questioning and answering of evil,and Thomas Aquinas,the representative of scholasticism,is one of the most important representatives.Summa Theologica is a very important influence on the ethical part of Christian theology,and Thomas Aquinas' s early book On Evil as the same important for the Summa Theologica.As the domestic academic community on the Thomas Aquinas ethical research is still in the development stage,so that by interpreting Thomas Aquinas early works On Evil can help us easily understand Thomas Aquinas' s ethical evolution process.At the Thomas Aquinas' s early work,On Evil,that a book is comprehensive sixteen questions of the evil-related topics,that discussing from evil and sin and the being of evil,and then turned to analysis the original sin and punishment,and finally talking about the capital sin.In this paper,through the interpretation of the "evil" text,and trying to find out the early ideological connotation of Thomas Aquinas' s ethics,discovering and exploring Thomas Aquinas' s practice-ethic of Aristotle and the theodicy of Augustine.Attempting to find out the influence and value about On Evil of Thomas Aquinas' s theory on the ethical part of the book Summa Theologica.
