Design Research Of Film&Television Fund

The fund market witnessed a flourishing development momentum in 2015,especially the private placement fund.It bothhad crazy growth patterns on the number and size,and made gratifying achievements in product innovation,business and other fields.,In 2016 A series of rules and regulations for private industry were revised by China's fund industry association,for protection for private equity fund operation.Since film & television industry is booming in recent years,private equity funds also expected to seize the hot spot and invest the film and television industry and share its high yield.This thesis tries to study and design private film and television equity fund,In order to solve these problems such as investment barriers of film and television projects of high quality,and the riskof project management.Firstly,this thesis makes detailed analysis on private equity funds and film and television industry,particularly to be familiar with the operation of private equity funds and film & television industry chain,profit mode.Secondly,summarize the actual film & television funds in the present market and found the existing problems,then research on a classic casefrom a trustcorporation,and mainly analyze its trade structure and risk control measures.Finally,this paper designed the private film & television equity fund by the method of case analysis,and made the certain innovation in terms of fund organization pattern and investment methodsto solve problems of film and television projects investment barriers,investment cost and risk.Through detailed research and product design,this paper has a certain understanding and summary of the current private equity fund market and film & television industry,which would beactually meaningful for the private equity funds' investment in the film & television industry.Meanwhile,risk management is also considered in the whole product design process.So that fund security from investors could be guaranteed and actual operation of private equity for investment of film and television industry could be refered.
