On The Musicality Of Pioneer Novels

This thesis mainly uses interdisciplinary research methods,starting from the similarity between literature and music,through the interpretation of the works that best reflect the musical characteristics of the pioneer novels,especially the close reading of some works by Yu Hua,Ge Fei and Ning Ken.Exploring the intrinsic connection between pioneer novels and music,and the shaping of the form and concept of pioneer novels by musicality.The introduction mainly defines what is the "musicality" of the pioneer novel.The"musicality" in the pioneer literature includes both the dominant technical imitative techniques and the implicit musical structure.Among them,the use of "repetition"techniques and "musical elements" are both explicit and more emphasis on the musicality of the style;the "polyphony" technique is implicit and focuses on the musicality of the structure."Repetition" is one of the techniques of composition.It is widely used by composers.Pioneer writers draw inspiration from them and introduce "repetition" skills into literature.This "repetition" is separated from "repetition" as literary rhetoric.The aesthetic shaping of the novel played an important role.Yu Hua is a pioneer novelist who is good at using "repetition".His novels use a lot of discourse repetition and plot repetition,and always promote narratives around a main melody,which brings about"simple" narrative and deepens the novel character image.Introducing "musical elements" into novels is another way for pioneer writers to cross-border music.Ge Fei is the representative of this practice.Many of his novels build the whole framework through musical elements,thus strengthening and recreating the theme.The"polyphony" in music is also widely used in literature.Pioneer writers are especially good at constructing "polyphony" through the way of alignment and ensemble,thus giving the novel a special structure.The pioneer writer Ning Ken,who has been influential in the new century is a representative.The conclusion part summarizes the purpose and significance of the research.The relationship between literature and music lies in the fact that literature extends its own table space by drawing on the artistic skills of music,so that literature also has a kind of "musicality".Pioneer novels emphasize the exploration and innovation of stylistics than any other genre,so it goes the farthest and the most inquiring value in the transcendence of music.By excavating the relationship between the pioneer novels and music,we can sort out the musical origins behind the pioneer literary genre,and grasp the significance and methods of the stylistic transformation of the pioneer literature.
