Study On The Poetry Of Shibaishanfang By Zhao Wenkai

Zhao Wenkai(1760-1808),also named as Yishu and Jieshan,was born in Taihu County.His writings are <Shibaishanfang Poetry> nine volumes and a drama called <Chrysanthemum New Dream Manuscript>.At present,scholars pay less attention to Zhao Wenkai's poetry,the research is relatively weak.The existing studies of Zhao Wenkai mainly focus on his life,poetry and family.However,these research results are various and confusing,and the research points are single and scattered,without in-depth and systematic study.As the sustenance of his life ambition and artistic thought,Zhao Wenkai's poetry has long been short of attention.As a famous figure,Zhao Wenkai is highly respected in his literature and bureaucracy.Therefore,a comprehensive and in-depth study of poetry collections,whether in the literature,poetry research,or in the investigation of Zhao Wenkai's life experience and ideological dynamics,is necessary.This paper focuses on Zhao Wenkai and his poetry.And examines his family history,life and works on the one hand;on the other hand,it mainly explores the theme content and artistic characteristics.The first chapter mainly discusses the reasons for the selection of the topic,as well as academic research status of Zhao Wenkai.The second chapter examines the family history,life and poetry.As the first generation of the Zhao family's Hanlin,also showed the inseparable and mutual influence between individual and family.And also combed the life of Zhao Wenkai from five important periods: reading at home,imperial examination and traveling outside,working in Hanlin,as ambassador to visit Ryukyu,and serveing as provincial judge in Shanxi.At the same time,this paper investigates the Zhao Wenkai's poem and the drama,and combs the basic outline of Shibaishanfang Poetry.The third chapter analyzes the theme matter content of the poetry.This paper mainly adopts the method of classification research,and divides into four parts: travel poetry,inscription and rhyme poetry,moral poetry and countryside poetry.The fourth chapter explores the artistic features of Shibaishanfang Poetry,which mainly includes three aspects: the poetry has diverse genres and various bodies,and is especially adept at seven poems.Zhao Wenkai likes to use allusions,traverses the subsets of classics and history in his poems.Zhao Wenkai's poetic style presents a variety of characteristics.
