Post-impressionist Oil Painting

When painting brushwork is painting a picture of a mark,the mark is applied in the process of creation of imprinting,it will always have initiated an ideal and convey an idea,writing as a mark of the picture conveys the visual perception of viewers and painting constructed Bridges,stroke also formed a unique aesthetic and expressive force.In the transition period from classicism to modernism,the post-impressionism school was liberated in the expression of brushwork,and brushwork began to have unique aesthetic value.This paper focuses on the expressive force of oil painting brushwork,interprets and discusses the relationship between brushwork and artists,theme and content,as well as shaping,and understands the characteristics of brushwork.Brushstrokes in different periods have different characteristics,and there are very few brushstrokes in the pictures of the Renaissance in the 14th and 15th centuries.From the baroque period to the romantic period,some brushstrokes began to appear.The period of great changes in brushwork is the post-impressionist period.Artists focus on the expression of personal feelings and the composition of works.The paintings of artists are full of brushwork marks to express personal feelings and individual values.Through the works of post-impressionist artists and their unique styles,this paper discusses and explains the beauty of rhythm,the beauty of hierarchy,the beauty of the strength of the brush and the beauty of the scene.The brushwork of post-impressionist artists with independent aesthetic value and the use of brushwork by artists had a great influence on the development of later fine arts.
