Research On The Policy Implementation Of Chinese Government's Film And Television Cultural Industry Under The Background Of One Belt And One Road

With the "One Belt And One Road" international cooperation strategy proposed,international exchanges are increasingly close.The theme of this era is gradually highlighted.As a living cultural industry,film and television cultural industry has gradually become an important means to carry forward national culture and promote the communication between the people.However,under the background of "One Belt And One Road",the situation of China's film and television cultural industry "going global" is not optimistic.The implementation of relevant policies and regulations specifically targeting the export of "One Belt And One Road" film and television cultural works is not mature and perfect enough.Therefore,in the context of the current "One Belt And One Road" international cooperation,the research on the implementation of China's film and television cultural industry policy has become an important research topic.Based on the effect of film and television culture industry "going out" and "area" under the background of the relationship between film and television cultural industry policy analysis,the author USES the method of documents and materials and statistical analysis method,analyzes the "area" under the background of international cooperation in movie and TV cultural industry policy implementation present situation in our country,summarizes the "area" under the background of the achievements of film and TV culture industry development in our country,from the film and TV culture industry policy implementation subject,object,method and execution environment on the four basic elements,in the film and TV culture industry in China,the main barriers to "go out" aspects are: television policy implementation main body ability is insufficient;Lack of good interaction with target groups;Poor execution environment.This paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the policy implementation of film and television cultural industry in the United States,South Korea and India and that in China by comparative analysis.Therefore,it summarizes the measures to improve the policy implementation level and ability of China's film and television cultural industry under the background of "One Belt AndOne Road" : increasing the diversity of policy implementation subjects;We will improve laws and regulations.According to the "area" under the background of Chinese film and TV culture industry policy execution problems cause analysis,and combined with the United States,South Korea,India,film and television cultural industry policy implementation experience,put forward under the background of "area" optimization of our country's execution of movie and TV cultural industry policy recommendations: improve the ability of film and TV culture industry policy implementation main body;Strengthen the benign interaction with the objects of implementing film and television policies;We will improve the environment for implementing policies for the film and television cultural industries.
