The social activities such as sharing and helping people in social interactions are important foundations for the formation and maintenance of good relationships between people. It can significantly improve the quality of children's interpersonal communication, which is beneficial to children's adaptation to social life, successful completion of socialization, and promotion of individual healthy development.Based on previous studies on sharing behavior and helping behavior, this study, focuses on the research on sharing behavior and helping behavior of primary school students.By investigating the status quo, characteristics and individual and environmental impact factors of pupils' sharing and helping behavior,we can intervene in pupils' sharing and helping behavior to promote the healthy and stable development of pupils' social behavior. This study takes primary school students in grades 3-5 as the research object, and adopts self-designed primary school students' sharing, helping behavior questionnaire, children's self-esteem scale, children's temperament type questionnaire, and parenting style questionnaire to conduct the research. It investigates the status quo, characteristics, and psychological and social influence factors of primary school students' sharing and helping behaviors, and discusses the effective intervention of conversation training on cultivating pupils' sharing and helping behavior. The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The Primary School Students Sharing and Helping Behavior Questionnaire has good measurement indicators, which can be used to investigate the situation of pupils' sharing and helping behavior.2.Sharing and helping behavior in primary school students are inconsistent.Sharing behavior increases with age, while helping behavior does not. There are significant differences in the development of sharing and helping behavior of primary school students at the grade level.Girls scored higher than boys in sharing and helping behavior. There is no gender difference in whether they are only children and whether they live with their parents.3.Self-esteem can predict pupils' sharing and helping behaviors;Different temperament types are significantly related to the sharing and helping behavior of primary school students. The more obvious characteristics of temperament type, especially the more typical choleric temperament or anguine temperament, can increase his sharing and helping behavior in primary school students. On the contary, the more typical depression temperament can significantly reduce the sharing and helping behavior in primary school students;Positive parenting styles such as emotional warmth and understanding can positively predict pupils' sharing and helping behavior, and promote the increase of sharing and helping behavior.However,over-intervention and over-protection can negatively predict pupils' sharing and helping behavior, and can significantly reduce pupils' sharing and helping behavior.4.Whether talking about psychology or behavior, conversation training can effectively promote primary school students' sharing behavior and helping behavior.
