| Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and State Council attach great importance to the protection of cultural heritage and the inheritance of excellent cultural heritage after the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.In the report of the 19 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping once again emphasized that inheriting and innovating excellent traditional culture is an important task of "inspiring the national cultural innovation and creating vitality and building a socialist cultural power." The protection of cultural relics and the innovative use of cultural relics have played an unprecedented role in the realization of a comprehensive well-off society and the realization of the goal of modernizing a socialist country.As the largest municipality directly under the Central Government of China,Chongqing has rich non-removable cultural relics resources.This paper relies on the assessment of cultural relics protection responsibility in Chongqing,and uses a random sample survey method to conduct on-site investigations of more than 390 non-removable cultural relics covering 38 districts and counties and two rivers in Chongqing.In the Wansheng Economic Development Zone,the investigation of cultural relics including ancient ruins,ancient tombs,ancient buildings,cave temples and stone carvings,important historical sites of modern times and representative buildings covers a wide range of topics.The survey lasted for more than 60 days and collected informative Rich text and photo materials.According to the provisions of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Untouchable Cultural Relics,in accordance with the national key cultural relics protection units,Chongqing municipal cultural relics protection units,district and county level cultural relics protection units and general unclassified cultural relics,field investigations The non-movable cultural relics select different types of cultural relics to describe the current situation of the cultural relics and the preservation of the main body of the cultural relics,and attach some pictures.As a case study and description,you can intuitively feel the shape and protection status of this part of the cultural relics,especially The status quo of unprotected cultural relics as the bottom of the cultural relic protection pyramid is not optimistic.This paper innovatively uses statistical methods and SPSS software to quantitatively analyze the immovable cultural relics in the field survey,and use the sample survey method to issue questionnaires to the staff of cultural relics protection in Chongqing,and obtain the analysis factors of cultural relics protection.The cultural relics use the importance analysis factor to conduct survey data statistics.The IPA analysis method is used to analyze the non-movable cultural relics in Chongqing,and the quantitative analysis of the problems is compared with the previous examples.Finally,using the relevant theoretical knowledge of cultural relics,history and sociology,the existing practical problems existed in the current situation of the protection of non-removable cultural relics in Chongqing,such as the small public participation,the disappearance of ungraded cultural relics,and the single source of funds.And draw on the recommendations of the application,in order to promote the protection and utilization of non-movable cultural relics in Chongqing at this stage. |
