Performance Analysis Of Satie's Sonatine Bureaucratique

Erik Satie(1866.05.17-1925.07.01),a French composer,created the Sonatine Bureaucratique in 1917,which is a classic piano work of parody style.Satie's Sonatine Bureaucratique is an imitation and adaptation of Italian pianist and composer Clementi's Sonata in C Major(Op.36 No.1).In the process of adapting this work,Satie retained the basic characteristics of(Op.36 No.1)and changed it on the basis of it.He reinterpreted the original work in a funny,sarcastic and ridiculous tone,and added the plot of the story in the form of text description.In Satie's music creation,his preference for parody style is very obvious,and reflected in this Sonatine Bureaucratique is that he used 'Bureaucratique' as the title of the music,so that the original untitled music became the title music.It does mean that Satie does not imitate Clementi in a worshipful way,but has a slightly playful attitude.At present,teachers in China tend to let students play classical and Romantic style works.They have less involvement in impressionist,neoclassical and Dadaism style works of contemporary European music in the 20 th century.It is worth playing by students majoring in piano.Based on some achievements of previous studies on Satie's life and music creation,combined with biographical and textual data,this paper studies Satie's own life and the background and music style of Sonatine Bureaucratique,and carries out musical materials such as musical form and harmony of Sonatine Bureaucratique.Detailed analysis;through repeated listening to the sound information of three foreign pianists,so as to speed,intensity and emotional expression of the three performers' sound version of the performance of a more detailed analysis,and then for more performers to provide reference for the work in practice and performance.
