Exploring The Puzzled Narrative Mechanism In Crime-Type Movies

Genre film has gradually developed and matured in the history of the century-old film.Many factors such as social progress and human development have influenced the development and transformation of genre film.In the long history,genre film is constantly changing.There are many different types.Among them,crime-type movies play an enormous role in genre film.Similar to the development of genre film,with the changes of the times,crime-type movies have become more multiple.In addition to crime-type movies,many sub-type movies appear on the screen,such as police and gangsters films,gangsters films and so on.In this article,the author introduces the different elements and characteristics of the three types of crime-type movies.The narrative style of many crime-type movies has the characteristics of puzzled narrative,complex structure,varied perspectives,and layers of dissection.The puzzle is gradually unveiled.By citing two examples of movies,the author analyzes how crime-type movies narrate from two aspects: narrative structure and narrative perspective.The purpose of theoretical research is to apply it for practice.Therefore,through the study of the crime-type movies and its puzzled narrative,the author combines the script "First Meet You",which is a crime-type movie,expounds the puzzled narrative in the script,and clearly shows how the theory is applied.
