Collection And Research Of Folk Songs In Yu County,Yangquan City,Shanxi Province

Yuxian is located in a remote and low-lying area,shaped like a "jar",so it is called Yuxian.Due to the special geographical environment,Yuxian folk songs are unique.Based on fieldwork and ethnomusicology methodology,this paper explores Yuxian folk songs.In 2008,Yuxian folk songs were announced as "the intangible cultural heritage project of Yangquan city".in 2009,they were included in the list of recommended projects in Shanxi province's second batch of intangible cultural heritage list by the Shanxi provincial department of culture.In recent years,Yuxian folk songs are facing the problems of declining inheritance ecology and the generation of inheritors.The author intends to conduct a comprehensive and systematic investigation and study of Yuxian folk songs.The author collected and analyzed Yuxian folk songs in detail in the field work.The author collected 82 Yuxian folk songs and wrote down their words in person.The first chapter of this article is a brief introduction to Yuxian's geographical and cultural background and Yuxian's folk songs,which are respectively elaborated from the aspects of geographical and climatic characteristics,Yuxian's historical evolution,Yuxian's folk culture,Yuxian's folk songs distribution area and Yuxian's folk songs' historical origin.The second chapter of this article is the analysis of Yu County folk song inheritors and their representative works.It mainly introduces Han Runmin,Liang Shuyin,Wu Xiaowen,Liu Bao and others.The main representative works of the above inheritors are: bachelor crying wife,lover,unable to lay a foundation,unable to get married and sister.This chapter elaborates the above four works in detail.The third chapter of this article is the analysis of the artistic characteristics of Yuxian folk songs.This chapter mainly analyzes and summarizes the artistic characteristics of Yuxian folk songs in detail from the aspects of singing style,scale mode and rotation method,melody development technique and melody structure,theme classification,characteristics of Yuxian folk songs lyrics and phonetic characteristics of Yuxian folk songs lyrics.The fourth chapter of this article is about the endangered and protection of Yuxian folk songs.Firstly,it expounds the living conditions of Yuxian folk songs.Secondly,it summarizes the protection of Yuxian folk songs by government departments.Finally,it thinks about the protection of Yuxian folk songs from the author's perspective,mainly from the protection of traditional music culture ecology and the protection of folk song inheritors.This article also makes useof the cross-discipline with ethnomusicology to explore Yuxian folk songs,such as history,geography,linguistics,etc.,and makes a comprehensive and detailed study and analysis of Yuxian folk songs.
