Study On The Development Motivations And Functions Of The Qing Village Square Dance

Based on the perspective of structural-functionalism,this study explores the motivations and functions of the development of the Qing Village square dance,and on the basis of exploring the motivations of its development,studies the obstacles to development and problem-solving countermeasures.This study uses a combination of participatory observation and open interview to collect data.The study believes that the development motivations of the Qing village square dance has the following points: First,the environmental adaptation of the square dance,refers to the square dance to obtain the resources needed for its development,including the Qing village new rural plaza provides a venue for it,loudspeaker box and other resources,the surrounding city square dance for its training of the lead dancer,the practitioner of the remainder of the time energy and strain recovery;Second,the goal of square dance is achieved,practitioners in order to meet their health and communication needs and participate in the square dance;Third,the integration of the resources of the square dance,the lead led the lead and integrated the loudspeaker box and other resources with the leading dancers and practitioners into the new rural plaza to enable the square dance to be carried out;Fourth,the role of social shared values,that is,the role of informal systems in the Qing Village Society in the development of square dance,including it obeys the "male and female non-affinity" etiquette and be allowed,human feelings to help it solve the problem of nuisance,acquaintances to its development promotion and stability.The Qing Village square dance functions has personal,social,national three levels: First,the individual level,there is mainly brings a healthy lifestyle to people,makes the participants self-confident,strengthens the leader's status as the women director,enables her to be recognized by the participants,and helps her work to carry out,and the square dance also satisfies the lively needs of the people;Second,the social level,reflected in slowing the sense ofinterpersonal alienation,promoting human reproduction,promoting the reproduction of human feelings,driving the development of the Qing Village sports;Third,the national level,is manifested in promoting the construction of a harmonious society and the construction of spiritual civilization,promoting the integration development of urban and rural.On the basis of studying the motivations of the development of the Qing village square dance,it is found that there are some problems that hinder the development: First,people are biased against sports activities;Second,the hidden danger of safety in the square;Third,the incomplete degree of the loudspeaker box publicity;Fourth,the lack of square dance coaches;Fifth,the limited development of the Qing Village square dance.In view of these problems that hinder the further development of the Qing village square dance,the following countermeasures are put forward: First,it is necessary to mobilize more people to participate in sports activities;Second,the participants can move to the corner of the square to carry out activities;Third,placed for the loudspeaker box storage and charging of the box in the square;Fourth,look for coaches outside the square dance,and cultivate the teaching skills of the inner lead dancers;Fifth,the participants in the square dance should be proactive into the competition and performance activities around them.
