YI Jian Shang Xin Collection,compiled in late Ming dynasty,is a collection of classical Chinese novels with amorousness and alienness as the gist of compilation.Sinceitis rarely seen and haven't been widely spread,very few studies have been carried out yet.Taking Yi Jian Shang Xin Collections the object of study,this paper will inspect the relevant compiling background,editions,compiling styles,and sources,thereby exploring and analyzing the novel concepts and content features reflected by this book.On the one hand,Yi Jian Shang Xin Collectionis a product of novel compiling trend in the middle and late Ming dynasty,revealing a strong commercial atmosphere;on the other hand,as a collection of classical Chinese novels dominated by female and amorous themes,this book embodies the ideological atmosphere of liberating the erotic passion as well as the novel concepts of compilers'advocation of inner feelings.Yi Jian Shang Xin Collectionhas a relatively special publishing background;taking Yi Jian Shang Xin Collectionas a single case of the novels published by Jianyang Bookshop in late Ming dynasty,this paper will probe into the influences exerted by the bookshops in Jiangnan regions(regions south of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River)on the compilation of this book,aiming at gaining a more concrete and in-depth understanding of the confluence of Jianyang Bookshop and Jiangnan bookshops. |
