Study On The Professional Quality Of Chinese Teacher Volunteers In Thailand

With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive strength and international status,Chinese learners are all over the world,and the number of learners is increasing year by year.In order to meet the growing demand of Chinese learning in the world,the volunteer project for Chinese teachers emerged as the times require,and it has become an important force to promote the international promotion of Chinese and the spread of Chinese culture.As our friendly neighbour,Thailand is one of the countries with the best international dissemination of Chinese.The number of volunteers for Chinese teachers in Thailand has increased every year.The professional quality of this large group directly affects the dissemination effect of Chinese in Thailand.Therefore,a thorough study of the professional quality of this group will not only help to improve the comprehensive quality of Chinese teachers volunteers to Thailand,but also help to enhance the national image of our country.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,including the research purpose and significance,research methods and related literature review.The second part introduces the general situation of Chinese teacher volunteer projects in Thailand,and defines the professional quality of Chinese teacher volunteers in Thailand according to relevant guidance documents.In the third part,by means of questionnaire and interview,the professional quality of Chinese teachers volunteers to Thailand is investigated and analyzed in detail,which provides an important basis for making relevant suggestions.The fourth part summarizes the problems existing in the professional quality of Chinese teacher volunteers in Thailand,and puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the professional quality of Chinese teacher volunteers in Thailand from the aspects of basic Chinese knowledge,teaching organization and management,Chinese culture dissemination and cross-cultural communication.
