The Relation Between Debussy Music And Impressionist Painting

There is a close relationship between music and painting,which is originally a different way of artistic expression.In consulting the books and documents and his own artistic practice experience,the author analyzed Debussy's time,society,philosophy,artistic background and the historical records of the artists at that time,from the birth and creative characteristics of Impressionist painting and Impressionist Music,the reference of Impressionist Music to Impressionist painting and the comparison of their similarities influenced by Foreign Culture,to make conclusion.Therefore,from the lyrics,piano accompaniment and sound performance,author analyzed the lyrics of Debussy's artistic songs,the "painting" of the piano,and the "sentiment" of his vocal music,so as to analyze how to understand the picture in Debussy's music and express the artistic conception in Debussy's art songs.This paper will provide some teaching methods for some teachers or singers to interpret Debussy's works more accurately,which also further reflects the meaning of interdisciplinary research and interdisciplinary research of vocal music works.
