| The trend of global cultural soft power revitalization has driven the regionalization and spurt development of cultural and entertainment industry.Talent agency,as a necessary matching industry,also has strong professional development momentum.This is mainly reflected in the growth of employment opportunities and talent demand in the industry,and the improvement of the quality of the talent agency model.In the process of transforming content into the entertainment industry,this profession not only plays a role in lubricating social relations but also linking to multiple markets,especially in the Mainland,which is dominated by the “heavy brokerage” model.The talent agency work has a significant effect on ensuring the quality of the artist,and the main aspects of the environment of entertainment industry.Therefore,the author believes that it is necessary to combine the brokerage model of international advanced cases,with the practice environment,industry barriers,personnel training,and elimination mechanisms as the main points of comparison,explore the differences between different broker models,and analyze the reasons for the differences.Summary of characteristics,suggestions are given for improving the status quo of the industry and optimizing the future development path.The mainstream international artist brokerage model can be divided into two categories according to the operational ideas: One is the Asian “heavy brokerage” model represented by China,Japan and Korea,that is,the brokers conduct all-round training and development of artists;the corresponding American “light brokerage” model mainly focuses on resource integration through the establishment of short-term effective contracts with customers,and forms a package broker with resource synergy as the main form of expression.Based on the existing mainstream brokerage model and the corresponding professional normative measures,combined with the division of labor theory and synergy effect,this paper compares and analyzes the differences between the artist’s brokerage model at the international level and the mainland’s development status and mode in four parts: Analysis of the forms of mainstream artist brokerage models,summary of their respective model characteristics,application of the relatively mature industry model.Therefore,it reflects the existing loopholes in the artist brokerage industry in China.Provide multi-modal case references for industry practitioners in the Mainland. |
