In the period of the Republic of China,the period of the Republic of China was an important period for the transformation and development of book binding design in China.Many literati artists have devoted themselves to the design of book binding and made great contributions to the development of books.Among them,Ye Lingfeng,a well-known writer and well known to the public,seldom knows the role of book binding designer.Although the design works of Ye Lingfeng are not many,but have distinct artistic features and personal style,it can not be ignored in the history of the art design of book binding in China.It is called "the East Beardsley",which is worth understanding and learning by the designers at present.This article takes Ye Lingfeng and his book design works as the main research object,starting with the main life background and life experience,combining with the relevant views of "cognitive schema theory",from the perspective of the application of Schema Theory in the design field,to deeply explore and analyze the style and characteristics of the design of the book design of the book of Ye Lingfeng.On the basis of this,it extracts the design method and artistic value which can provide inspiration and reference for the design of book binding.The article is mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,the first is the simple exposition of the background of the subject,then the interpretation of the significance and purpose of the subject,and then the content of the research on the specific needs of the subject,and the arrangement of the research methods used.Finally,the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad is made,and the research of the subject is further determined.Point and direction.The second chapter,through the elaboration of the special background of the late Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China in the late Qing Dynasty and the early days of the Republic of China,mainly reveals the factors which mainly influence the design of book binding art in this period from the great development and change of the internal and external culture.The third chapter begins with the analysis of Ye Lingfeng's various identities to analyze the influence of the book binding design,followed by an overview of its entry into the creation society,and then the introduction of the book binding circle.Finally,the simple description of Beardsley,the process of its introduction to China,then leads to Ye Lingfeng being called The reason for "the East Beardsley ".The fourth chapter is the key part of the study.First of all,it studies the type of book binding design,which is mainly involved in the design of book binding.Then,the author tries to introduce the "cognitive schema theory" by introducing the "cognitive schema theory".The "cognitive schema theory" is identified in the field of psychology and the field of design.The simple analysis of knowledge is the paving for the specific analysis of the later text,and then using the visual angle of cognitive schema theory,from the two aspects of Ye Lingfeng's designer consciousness and the selection of design elements,the style and change course of Ye Lingfeng's book binding design are analyzed and compared with Mr.Lu Xun,a designer of the same period.The fifth chapter,on the one hand,discusses the design method of Ye Lingfeng's unique designidea.On the other hand,the author excavate the design spirit from the special identity of his "literati",thus giving Contemporary Inspiration to the designer about the designer's personality,the design and the traditional and modern methods.The sixth chapter is the epilogue.It summarizes the contents of the foregoing,sums up the core points,and summarizes the whole text.
