Because of its unique creative group and complex creative environment,the new creation in Hong Kong occupies a certain position in the development of“old tales retold”novels.When the new creation of the mainland was temporarily stagnant due to changes in the social and literary environment,it continued under the influence of foreign thoughts,Chinese cultural traditions,and local contexts.As a unique literary genre of Hong Kong literature,these works and their values have certain research significance.Papers in Hong Kong in the early seventy s to ninety s in the writing of "new stories" is introduced into the supernatural as the research object,by using the theory of text and carding way,from a different Angle to novel creation of Hong Kong "new stories" body for research.The paper is divided into five parts.The introduction first defines the concepts of "a story newly organized" and supernatural phenomena.On this basis,this paper makes a background analysis of the creation and development of "supernatural phenomena" in Hong Kong's "a story newly organized" novels.At the same time,the research status and significance are sorted out.The first chapter mainly discusses the application of different supernatural phenomena in the text and the themes they convey.Mainly from the past life memory,ghost,strange things,time travel these four aspects.The second chapter mainly analyzes the writing strategies of "newedition" texts which introduce supernatural phenomena.With supernatural phenomena as the link,the ancient and modern elements are naturally combined to reflect the secular narrative that fits in with the Hong Kong society.The third chapter focuses on the function of art.The introduction of supernatural phenomenon not only forms a strong defamiliarization effect on the text,but also makes the history and characters reappear and enrich by breaking the perspective of expectation and intertextuality between the history and the text.The conclusion part summarizes and discusses the value and deficiency of introducing "supernatural phenomenon" into the creation of "new stories" in Hong Kong.
