A Study On Influence Of Relation Network In Hip-hop Dance Teaching Organization

With the development of social economy,hip-hop dance teaching organizations in the north of guizhou has experienced a process of transformation from cultural-oriented to market-oriented.The characteristics of the relationship phenomena are different from traditional Chinese rural society and modern western civil society.This paper pays attention to the structural characteristics and specific interaction process of the relationship network,and explores a way to reasonably explain the phenomena of local relationship,so as to answer two specific questions in the research: 1.what the impact of relationship network is;2.how relationship network exerts an effect.In this study,the Y Ltd in guiyang city was selected as a survey field.Under the premise of comprehensive about understanding of various interaction theories,the paradigm of qualitative research was used to collect data through in-depth interviews and participation observations,and with two dimensions of internal and external functions from the relationship network,the analysis shows the interaction process,interaction characteristics and influence on the development of Y Ltd in guiyang city.This paper believes that the influence of the relationship network on the Y Ltd in guiyang city,north of guizhou province,is the result of the organization members internalizing some kind of interactive consensus and producing behaviors.This interaction consensus is the relationship norm.The relationship norm is not static,and it is formed by the combination of unwritten normative practice extent and the institutional normative practice extent in the specific interactive situation.At the same time,the relationship network will produce some kind of social benefits,which will be counterproductive to the Y Ltd.
