Altruistic behavior as a form of prosocial behavior, mutual benefit to build a harmonious social atmosphere. In order to improve the individual's altruistic behavior, moral education is necessary. At present the field of education has generally to moral identity instead of cramming education the moral knowledge, but seemingly in citizen moral quality improve today, moral anomie, the moral landslide phenomenon is still frequently appear in front of the public.Psychologist Bandura with moral disengagement of the moral cognitive concept to explain these phenomenons. In addition, some scholars believe that moral cognition will affect the formation of moral identity, while the previous studies have shown that moral identity is an important factor to stimulate the individual moral behavior. Therefore, this study suggests that moral disengagement will affect the individual's altruistic behavior through the mediating role of moral identity.According to the dual-processing theory, this study explores the relationship of explicit altruistic behavior and implicit altruistic behavior with moral disengagement and moral identity. The first study using the method of questionnaire, using the self rating questionnaire and the Dictator Game as explicit altruistic behavior index, and using questionnaire to measure the individual's moral disengagement and moral identity;the second study on the basis of the questionnaires in first study,as well as the implicit association test was used to measure the implicit altruistic behaviors of individuals, and further to explore the relationship with moral disengagement and moral identity. The results of this study show that the indicators of altruistic behavior measured by different measures show different relationships with moral disengagement and moral identity:1.There is a significant correlation between moral disengagement, moral identity and the two index of explicit altruistic behavior, and there is a negative correlation between moral disengagement and explicit altruistic behavior, while moral identity is positively related to explicit altruistic behavior.2.There is no significant correlation between implicit altruistic behaviors and moral disengagement nor moral identity. Moreover, this study also found that the impact of moral disengagement on different index of explicit altruistic behavior has different mechanisms during the study of the impact of moral disengagement on explicit altruistic behavior:1.The influence of moral disengagement on self assessment altruistic behavior will have mediating effect through the mediating role of moral identity and the implicit dimension of moral identity plays a greater mediating effect.2.Moral disengagement does not go through moral identity, but directly acts on the result of the Dictator Game.Based on this result, this study suggests that the measurement of altruistic behavior may be different at different levels of theory, the Dictator Game reflects the behavioral altruism, self assessment questionnaire reflects the psychological altruism that pays more attention to the motivation of the behavior, and the measurement of implicit altruism may also reflects the biological altruism discussed by biology.Although this conjecture needs further research, but it is also a positive attempts to explore the different kinds of altruistic behavior of various perspective. At the same time, the results also reminded us that we should focus on reducing moral disengagement which have a significant impact on the both behavioral altruism and psychological altruism. It provides a new way of thinking for moral education.
