In recent years,the cultural industry has become more and more important to China's economic development.It has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy.H culture technology group co.,LTD is a large-scale culture technology group.At present,H culture group is in a urgent need for transformation and upgrading,product scope extensive,core advantage is not obvious,diversified development too fast,companies need to review the current development situation,combined with the existing policies and competition environment,sort out the next step development strategy and plan.Based on the above problems,at first,this paper analyzes the cultural background of the industry environment,then,combined with H culture group's own ability and management status.Conduct environmental analysis of the H culture group from inside and outside,through the Potter five forces model,from the H culture group's existing competitors,potential competitors,new entrants,bargaining power of suppliers and the bargaining power of customers in detail analysis.Summed up the current competition it faces.On the basis of the environmental analysis,and then use the SWOT analysis,from qualitative and quantitative analysis come to the strategic choice of H culture group.Firstly,this paper introduces and elaborates the strategy management theory,Then,subsequently analyzed the external environment and internal environment of the H culture group.Though those analysis,find out the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages of the group respectively.Based on those conditions,use the SWOT analysis to determine the strategic direction of the enterprise,which include: 1.Follow the national policy opportunities and approach the digital cultural industries that are supported by the state;2.We will vigorously develop economies of scale;3.Taking a focused product strategy;4.Adhere to low cost management strategy,maintain and improve product differentiation and low cost competitive advantage;5.Adhering to the strategy of brand creation,we have created a different sub-brand of fangt in China to create a more widely brand name.Put forward the enterprise objectives,enterprise vision,enterprise positioning and business portfolio model of H group.At the same time,work out the strategic implementation phase planning and strategic protection measures for the H cultural group,To achieve long-term sustainable development for the group.
