Cloisonne has always been one of the important representatives of Chinese Palace art.In recent years,as a national ceremony,Cloisonne has frequently appeared in political exchanges.However,the phenomenon of "ten blue nine holes" in Cloisonne is a well-known process defect in the industry.The problems of sand holes and bluebreak affect the delicacy of cloisonne products to a certain extent.In order to avoid a large area of bluebreaking when burning blue,the whole vessel will be covered with decorations to fix the blue.At the same time,in order to reduce the difficulty of firing,the oxides of lead and tin are added to the glaze as flux to reduce the melting point of the glaze and enhance the fluidity of the glaze.Based on this,although the process of burning blue is easier to achieve,it makes Cloisonne products lack the artistic characteristics of white beauty in decoration design;and because glaze contains lead,there are hidden dangers to human health,not only can not be widely used in personal accessories and other practical appliances,even in the fields of decoration,handicraft,architectural sculpture production also has hidden dangers to the health of practitioners.The purpose of this paper is to find out the causes of cloisonne sand holes and blue bursting through the study of sealing technology between lead-free glaze and metal tire,and to find out the firing method of silk-less and less silk through experiments,so that the decorative design is no longer restricted by the effect of fixing blue.
