Interactive Approach is a way of teaching which tries to create a harmonious,equal classroom environment in English class for students so as to improve the learning efficiency which makes students to obtain more pragmatic competence and communication skills.The level of English reading is the embodiment of students'comprehensive English level.However,apparently the traditional teaching mode of English reading can no longer make students develop in an all-round way.Therefore,this research focuses on the application of Interactive approach in English reading teaching of county senior high school in order to perfect the classroom teaching mode of English reading in high school English class.From the perspective of The Comprehensive Input Hypothesis and the affective filter hypothesis,this paper,drawing on the theory of English teaching strategy,conducts an investigation on the English reading learning of 62students in a high school called Rong'an senior high school.According to the relevant obtained data analysis by SPSS software,this paper aims to explore the following questions:(1)To what extent can interactive approach help to improve classroom atmosphere?(2)To what extent can interactive approach help to stimulate students' interests in English reading learning?(3)To what extent can interactive approach help to improve students' reading achievement?Results indicate as follows:after the application of interactive method in the English reading class of county-level high school,the classroom atmosphere of English reading is slightly improved,but there is no significant difference.Students' interest in English reading is improved and there are significant differences and the English reading scores of high,middle and low groups are improved,and there are significant differences.From the perspective of teachers,students and school,some feasible suggestions are put forward to improve the English reading class atmosphereand teaching of high school.
