The Design And Application Of A Stage Motion Control System

With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of the people's living Standard,people's demand for high-level and high-quality theatrical performances is also increasing.All kinds of grand theatre,cultural theme theatre and circus have been established all over the country.These theatres have a distinct feature: complex equipment,diversified scenes,changing the background in the process of performance,so as to maximize the effect of performance.The performance effect,especially the presentation of the motion effect,can not be separated from the powerful support of science and technology.Various new technologies and equipment are continuously applied to performing arts venues,and the rapid development of the stage control system is also promoted.This subject takes the stage machinery equipment of a domestic grand theater as the research object,through the motion control of the controlled object to better present the stage effect as the research purpose.Through the research and application of the stage motion technology,it focuses on constructing a stage motion control system based on PROFINET industrial Ethernet communication.The system is equipped with a new stage machinery special console,SIEMENS high-end PLC S7-1500 series and magnetic flux vector high performance inverter,which provides the hardware guarantee for the control system to achieve accurate positioning.The control system leads into the concept of the time axis.Through the using of electronic cam technology,each device realize the time axis as the main axis for safe and orderly operation.The stage motion control system ensures the safety while realizing the intelligent function and easy operation,adopts a safety-type emergency stop control system.In the event of emergency stop,the system completely eliminates the brake gliding phenomenon and makes the whole braking process in the controllable range.The stage motion control system designed in this paper has been installed and debugged.It has performed a number of theatrical performance and achieved the desired effect,and the performance reaches the domestic leading level.It can meet the user's demand of using the stage motion control system in the current and future period.
