Education is a key factor to measure the core competitiveness of the country.Teachers are the basis and play an important role in promoting the sustainable development of the education industry.However,in real life,middle school female English teachers in Du'an county of Hechi city are facing various problems,especially job burnout.In recent decades,many researchers study this issue all the time and also put forward lots of suggestions.But old issues can not be solved and new ones arise constantly.It has become an important issue.Taking middle school female English teachers as research subjects,the study will explore the current situation of job burnout of middle school female English teachers and analyze influence factors from the perspectives of marriage status,health status,education background,professional title,teaching years,workload per week and being a class master,employing the questionnaire and interview as instruments and integrating quantitative and qualitative analysis.And it also analyze reasons leading to teachers' job burnout and propose measures.Therefore,this paper propose research questions as following:(1)What is the overall situation of job burnout of female English teachers in Du'an county of Hechi city?(2)What are the differences between junior middle school and senior high school in job burnout of female English teachers in Hechi city from the perspectives ofmarriage status,health status,education background,professional title,teaching years,workload per week and being a class master?(3)What are the causes and solutions of job burnout of middle school female English teachers in Du'an county of Hechi city?Through data analysis and discussion,the study will reach the conclusion that the level of job burnout of middle school female English teachers in Du'an County of Hechi City is not serious.Among them,reduced feeling of accomplishment and depersonality respectively are the lowest and the highest.Influence factors of middle school female teachers mainly lie in personal factors,which refer to the teachers' own health status,marital status and professional ability,and organizational factors including social factors,school factors,family factors,and working stress.On the basis of influence factors,the author gives the suggestions to alleviate job burnout in teachers.From the perspective of individual,teachers strive to improve their professional ability and reasonably adjust their emotions.From the perspective of school,school administrators construct a reasonable management system and effectively organize school-based training.From the perspective of society,society make efforts to enhance teachers' social status as well as family members understand you and provide you with all the support.
