The Graduation Creative Report Of Claborate-Style Painting New Arhat

Chinese Arhat painting,from the birth of the beginning,it's function,style and taste are constantly changing with the changes over time.But it has always belonged to the category of Buddhist painting,and can't get rid of its religious and literariness.Although there are many famous artists choose the subject of Arhat painting at home and abroad today,but most of them use the ink freehand way to create,and still follow the taste of ancients Arhat painting.The author trying to express his thoughts on religion,life and death and other perceptions through the study of the historical context of the traditional Arhat painting and the creation methods of Arhat painting in different times,combines the Personal understanding and sentiment to the Arhat and Arhat painting,incorporated the absurd and weird elements,and created the final painting Subduing Tiger in series works of New Arhat.I systematically studied the art history of ancient Chinese Arhats Sculpt includes painting and sculpture,focusing on research,learning and absorbing the modeling style,color style and painting technique of classical Arhat painting;At the same time,collecting some material of contemporary Chinese and western Artists who paint arhat and their related works,then Research and analysis it;At last,Exploring the possibility of the content and form of the New Arhat in Painting practice on the basis of the two above.The completion of the Subduing Tiger in series works of New Arhat is the first stage of my study in the creative direction of the New Arhat,and become the driving force for further in-depth research.The main part of this report is divided into three chapters,a total of two parts: the first part is made up of two chapters,Summarized up the survey of Arhat painting at all times and in all countries;the latter part of the paper focus on the whole creation process of Subduing Tiger.
