Water Ripple In Ancient Color Decoration

Landscape painting has been developing in the Wei and Jin Dynasties,but it belongs to the subsidiary of figure painting.It has become independent since the Sui and Tang Dynasties.The development of landscape painting has become a major category of traditional Chinese painting.Landscape paintings depict mountains and rivers scenery,the author blends emotion in the scenery and expresses the beauty of nature with feelings of himself,then,the formation of painting has a feelings of empathy in view of the wonderful realm.In addition to the Chinese paintings,ancient poems also send feelings to the mountains and rivers.Wang Bo's "The Preface of Teng Wang Tower" describes elegant landscape with language to express their feelings,"A lonely wild duck flies with the sunset clouds,the autumn rivers mirrors the color of the sky" is probably one of the most famous sentence,because it described the scenery too bleak and beautiful and spreaded to the present.It also shows that mountains and river in harmony of scenery is indeed one of the rare beauty.There is not beautiful landscape in the mountain without water.If the mountain is the bone in the landscape painting,the water is the blood.Without this vivid "blood",you can't finish a good landscape painting.The water has a variety of flow pattern,a slight wave or agitation,in my opinion,the surging water waves slapping the rocks with a strong vitality,so that the water lines become the main elements in this Gucai porcelain decoration.Carved rocks and water lines will be new ideas in my creation.It will combinate landscape painting with Gucai decoration,because the color of ancient color is full and bright.Perhaps green landscape is a more appropriate reference.In this creation,the theme of this works is moutains and rivers in harmony.It will use Gucai decoration to express the beauty of the landscape,and combine the traditional landscape painting with Gucai decoration style,with water wave pattern as the main elements of the painting to discribe the magnificent landscape of the scene in my mind with a different way of expression.This paper introduces the topic and significance of "Moutains and Rivers in harmony" works,analyzies the creative ideas of design experience,discusses design conception of present work and completes the final works then harvests the sentiment,also researches and explores decoration techniques on the "Moutains and Rivers in harmony" in the Gucai.
