| After the signing of the Xin Chou treaty,the Qing government’s double oppression at home and abroad made the country’s political power at stake.In order to save the regime in danger,the Qing government carried out the New Deal reform in the late Qing dynasty,which mainly involved politics,economy,culture,agriculture,industry and other fields.Trying to learn from western constitutionalism,advanced productivity and ideology and culture to alleviate the crisis,consolidate the ruling regime.As an advanced information communication medium in modern times,the newspaper was first introduced into China passively by foreign powers in the way of aggression.It was first developed and expanded gradually in the southeast coastal areas with active thoughts and fast capitalist development in the form of "non-governmental newspaper".During the New Deal period of the late Qing dynasty,the government realized the importance of public opinion communication,and took the newspaper as the public opinion communication tool of the New Deal reform,shouldering the important task of propagating the New Deal policy and civilizing the people’s customs.Gansu official newspaper published content in Gansu and other provinces of the implementation of the new situation,the government promulgated the important constitution documents related to the New Deal is given priority to,respectively,in Gansu political assembly,They wished strips,straight dozen choose ji,specially,the new magazine,appendix,several columns published on constitutional reform,the revitalization of mining,creating patrol,the content of the reform from several aspects such as people’s livelihood.Based on the existing historical materials of Gansu official newspaper,this paper sorts out the contents published in the research press,reveals the reports of the official newspaper on the reform related events during the New Deal in the late Qing dynasty,fills in the contents of the New Deal that did not appear in the historical materials,and highlights the value and significance of Gansu official newspaper as historical materials. |
