Research On Group Dynamics And Its Application In Chorus

Chorus,as a group artistic activity that integrates individual and whole,is not only a simple organization of sound,but a collection of interrelated individual and internal relations of the whole.This set is a complex,multi-dimensional and constantly updated dynamic structure.Based on the theory of group dynamics,Lewin Gestalt Psychology and Topological Psychology,this study will describe the interaction between people and environment and the organic integration between individuals and the whole in the chorus art.The chorus behavior process will be described from the perspective of group dynamics and the theoretical basis of Lewin Gestalt Psychology and Topological Psychology.The relationship,the influence of leadership style on group nature and the motivation of group life are interpreted conceptually.Based on the basic data provided by the Student Choir of Liaoning Normal University and interviews with other young choirs,the structure and function of chorus are demonstrated from the perspective of social psychology,and the group dynamics factors are further demonstrated in chorus conductor rehearsal.Necessity.This will trigger philosophical thinking of chorus command discipline,combine theory with practice,and provide a new channel for the teaching mode of "theory guiding practice,practice acting on theory" of chorus command discipline.This paper starts with the concentrated reflection of group dynamics in chorus field,elaborates the theoretical origin and argument basis of group dynamics,explores the group cohesion embodied in chorus,the group dynamics factors among chorus members,the interaction between the way of command and leadership and the efficiency of chorus rehearsal,the role of common goals and motivation of members in chorus,and the structure and function of chorus.This paper probes into these five aspects,integrates and combs the diversified chorus training methods,innovates them,and then constructs a group dynamic model of chorus rehearsal.It systematically and scientifically solves the problems that are easy to meet in chorus rehearsal by using social psychology methods,and provides a new feasible channel and theoretical direction for improving the efficiency of chorus rehearsal.
