After the establishment of the Puppet Manchuria, the Japanese colonialists declared that the Japanese nation is the most "higher" and "excellent" nation in Northeast China a nd has the social status of "higher people." The North Koreans,as the "subjects" of Japan have given them the social status of "quasi-higher people" and have assimilated them.In order to stabilize the Japanese colonial rule of the social order in Northeast China,it is easy to implement the "continental policy." To this end,Japan has promoted a series of ruling policies against North Koreans that have violated the laws governing the development of social history, which has not only hindered the normal development of North Koreansbut also caused misunderstandings among North Koreans. To this end by analyzing Japans ruling policy against North Koreans during the Puppet Manchuria period,it exposes the insidious nature of the Japanese imperialists. The Japanese emperor used the Korean people to use and win the policy, and then reached the point of deception to use the Koreans to carry out their aggression against the Puppet Manchuria. The Koreans came to the northeast region at the time through cross-border.At the beginning of the 20th century,large-scale migration to the Northeast began, and the Northeast and other ethnic groups gradually merged with each other in the process of building frontiers and developing frontiers. After the establishment of the pseudo-Manchurian state, the Japanese emperors continued to create contradictions between the Koreans and other ethnic groups, and enabled the Koreans to obtain "special interests" under the "protection" of the Japanese emperor. The Japanese emperor imposed a bullying policy on the North Koreans, which in turn led to the promotion of the control of the Koreans. This paper analyzes the colonial system imposed by the Japanese emperors on Koreans in different periods to further analyze the violations of the Japanese invaders against the Koreans in the Puppet Manchuria and the impact on other ethnic groups in the Northeast. It mainly describes the Japanese emperor's policy of"quasi-high-class people" for the Koreans;promulgating the "Guidelines for the Manchurians in the People's Republic of China" policy, standardizing the various controls of the Koreans, and further controlling the system; The policy of "renaming the name"violates national culture and obliterates the policy of national consciousness.Although it seems that the North Koreans are protected under the wings of the Japanese Emperor on the surface, privately,by means of deception, the purpose of using the Koreans to achieve"full reunification" is achieved.By analyzing the Japanese colonial control policy of the Japanese in the period of the Manchurian state, the Japanese emperor was further elaborated on the infringement and influence of the North Koreans after the establishment of the Puppet Manchuria in Japan until the defeat of the Japanese emperor.
