Research And Practice Of Official Script Art In Jianshui Jinguan Han Bamboo Slips

The Jianshui Jinguan Han Bamboo Slips unearthed in Jinta County,Jiuquan City,Gansu Province are important materials for studying the evolution of Chinese characters and writing art.Their writing dates are roughly from the late Western Han Dynasty to the early Eastern Han Dynasty,which is an important time node for font evolution.Starting from the official script of Jianshui Jinguan Han bamboo slips,the author selects 54 representative Han bamboo slips in writing standard and style as the research and learning objects,focuses on the study of their brushwork,character method,composition and writing style characteristics,extracts calligraphy elements,and selects Han steles with similar style for comparative research and writing practice.From the research and analysis,the writing characteristics of the Han bamboo slips are extracted,and the Han bamboo slips are horizontally drawn into the pen storage front line pen,and the horizontal drawing as a whole inclines to the right and upward,with the pen receiving part slightly pointing upward out of the front line.When the line pen is turned out,the circle is used,and the right half of the circle is lifted up,so that the whole font is tilted to the right and up.To form a unique writing style of official script in Han bamboo slips.There is also a slight reference to the writing style of the official script of Jianshui Jinguan Han bamboo-slips.Some of the bamboo slips are arranged neatly with large and even spacing,while the spacing between some bamboo slips and characters is not very standard.Some of them clung to each other,and the number of words written increased with it.Some of them were flattened,while others were not flattened.They were slightly adhered while keeping the original appearance of the fonts.Based on the characteristics of the official script of the Han bamboo slips in Jinguan,Jianshui,the paper compares and studies the official script of the Han tablet,which has a similar calligraphy style,so as to emphasize the flexibility of the official script of the bamboo slips.On the one hand,try to use the stele method to simplify the writing,and strengthen the stability of the line quality and character form of the bamboo slips;On the other hand,the simple method is applied to the tablet to strengthen the flexibility and variety of Han tablet writing.In graduation creation,bamboo slips and calligraphy style elements are extracted,supplemented by the quality of Chinese stele stippling and the standardization of glyphs,so as to achieve a more satisfactory creation effect.
