Mental Anxiety And Its Limitation

When one suffers from pain,one will have the instinct reaction of escaping,thus one will feel impatient.Impatience or anxiety within normal scope is protective and useful for one.However,too strong impatience will harm one.Each one has different bearing capacity of pain,some may always be positive no matter how strong the pain is,while some will be defeated completely at the limitation of their bearing capacity.Why will one lack the pain bearing capacity?How can the limitation of pain bearing capacity be exceeded and expanded?When I explored issue,I came across a novel named the anxiety of the soul which is written by Stefan Zweig.This novel shows the figure's psychology and corresponding event when he or she is at the limit of suffering.The figures' outcome is going to sink at last.This novel takes the figures' specific cases of suffering the limit to realize and understand their own anxiety of the soul by the environment influence of growing up and struggle of primitive vitality.On this basis,it explores why figures go to sink at the limit of tolerance.Besides,a patient doctor in the novel explores how to go beyond and expanse the limit of suffering.By exploring,I find the reasons of figures' anxiety and sinking.One is continuous accumulation of pain,the other is that figures in the novel are illiberal to pain.As a result,their attitude to pain is restricted.Because they can't overstep the fixed and limited angle of view,they have the tragic destiny of sinking.So I think of the classic wisdom of knowing yourself.People should clearly face our own limitation.We should go back to power of love by admitting and tolerance.In this way,we can suffer pain when the limit is not overstepped.
