The Research On Modern Patriotic Poet Wang Yongbin And His Poetry

Wang Yongbin(1882-1944),alias:Tairui,and named himself Hecun.He is a typical patriotic poet among literati living in the period from late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China(1912-1949).He went through time revolution and participated in social regime changing at that time.He has different life experience and emotion expressing in troublous reality life.Wang Yongbin is full of learning,and is erudite and informed.He has thousands of poems.The poetry content is wide and present distinct characteristics of the era.Strong patriotic emotion is expressed by his poems.In educational circles,Wang Yongbin and his poetry have not been studied systematically now,three parts of life time and social intercourse,subject and content of poetry,and artistic achievement of the poetry will be analyzed in this paper.The main contents of this paper are as follow:The first part mainly introduces life story and peregrination of Wang Yongbin.Works,in which Wang Yongbin is introduced,are used as fundamental literature;combined with the content of the poems,the lifetime of Wang Yongbin is divided into four stages:studying,revolution,politics-entering,and living in Shu;influence on the poetry content by the life experience in each stage are discussed respectively.Social background of poetic creation is invested then.The social intercourse activities with the most familiar people are analyzed for the influence on the content and style of Wang Yongbin.In the second part,the content of poems of Wang Yongbin is organized and summarized in classification;and the content of poems of each part is analyzed in detail.Firstly,life experience and historical background of Wang Yongbin are combined to detail creation background of the poems;secondly,the poems are divided into four types:social intercourse and poems presenting,seasonal section reminiscence,era worrying and past meditating,and landscape writing and objects narrating;concrete content and personal emotion in poems in each part are analyzed by detailed discussion.In the third part,artistic achievement of Wang Yongbin in poetry is discussed.In this part,artistic achievement of Wang Yongbin in poetry is analyzed in artistic method and style characteristic.In artistic method,skilled literary allusion using and scenery drawing are outstanding characteristics in his poetic creation:in expression of emotion,free expression of emotion is the mainly way.The three skills reflect each other,so that literariness and lyricism of the poetry are increased.The style characteristic of Wang Yongbin is analyzed by the combination of art skills.The main style characteristic is the intermingle of depression and great aspiration;otherwise,poetic style of peace and nature is presented.By the detailed analyses and discuss in the above three parts,systematic understanding of Wang Yongbin and his poetry is achieved.Among many poems,the inheritance of "poems expressing will" in traditional Chinese poetry by Wang Yongbin can be seen.By the influence of the era and personal experience,the poems are endowed with new content and unique emotion.Patriotism shown in the poems makes the poems to have unique price in classical poetry of the Republic of China(1912-1949).Wang Yongbin and his poetry are analyzed and researched systematically in this paper,so that research on the field of ancient Chinese literature poetry can be expanded to some extent.Wang Yongbin lived in Bayu for many years;research on his poetry can provide related document literature for the research on local literature and construction of local culture in Bayu to some extent.
