This study focuses on the impact of achievement motivation, task difficulty and feedback on individual task processing.Using event-related potential technology,by manipulating the feedback nature of the participants after the answer,to understand the impact of the feedback results on the individual's response behavior when individuals with different achievement motivation levels answer different difficulty tasks. The results of experiment one show that the main effect of achievement motivation is significant, and the average response time of high achievement motivation is significantly lower than that of low achievement motivation; The main effect of the task difficulty is significant, and as the difficulty of the topic decreases, the mean value of the individual's response is also significantly reduced; The main effect of the feedback is significant, and the average response of the correct result feedback is significantly lower than that of the error feedback. The interaction between achievement motivation and feedback is significant, and the response time of low achievement motivations in correct feedback is significantly lower than that in feedback errors, while the response time of high achievement motivation people under different feedback is not significant. The interaction between achievement motivation and task difficulty is significant, when answering moderate and high difficulty tasks, the response time of high achievement motivation individuals is significantly lower than that of low achievement motivation individuals, however, there is no such significantness when answering simple tasks. The interaction between achievement motivation, task difficulty, and feedback titer is not significant. The experimental results of Experiment two showed that the results were consistent with the results of Experiment one except that the main effect of achievement motivation was not significant.EEG results show that on the FRN component, the main effect of the feedback is significant, and the error feedback and no feedback induces a larger FRN amplitude than the correct feedback. The main effect of the difficulty of the tasks is significant, and the simple and medium difficulty task induces a larger FRN amplitude than the high difficulty task. The interaction between task difficulty and achievement motivation are not significant. On the P300 component, the main effect of the feedback is significant, negative feedback and no feedback induced P300 amplitude is significantly smaller than positive feedback induced amplitude; The main effect of the task difficulty is significant, highly difficult questions induce a larger P300 volatility than simple and medium difficulty; The interaction between task difficulty and achievement motivation is significant. Both EEG components show that the main effect of the electrode points is significant, mainly reflects in,under different feedback conditions, the FRN amplitude at the Fz point is greater than the amplitude at the Cz point, and the FRN amplitude at the Cz point is greater than the amplitude at the Pz and POz points, the amplitude of P300 at Fz point is smaller than the amplitude of other electrode points except FPz point, and the amplitude of P300 at Cz point is significantly smaller than the amplitude of POz point. In different difficulty conditions, the FRN amplitude of the Fz point is higher than the FRN amplitude of the POz point, the FRN amplitude of the Pz and CPz points is smaller than the FRN amplitude of the FPz point, the P300 amplitude of the FPz point is smaller than the P300 amplitude of the CPz,FCz and POz points. The main effects of achievement motivation are not significant, and the interaction of feedback and achievement motivation are not significant, the feedback of the results and the interaction of the electrode points, task difficulty and electrode points are significant. From the above results,it was found that the results of the EEG data analysis and the results of the behavioral experiment were different.Based on the above results, the following conclusions are obtained:1)The level of achievement motivation, task difficulty and different feedback results will affect the individual's response behavior.2)Negative feedback and no feedback induce a larger FRN amplitude than positive feedback;positive feedback induced P300 amplitude is significantly larger than negative feedback and no feedback induced amplitude, which indicates that both FRN and P300 encode the feedback titer.3)Answering simple and medium difficulty questions induces a larger FRN amplitude and a smaller P300 amplitude than a difficult problem, indicating that the difficulty affects the feedback processing of P300 and FRN.4)The level of achievement motivation has not exerted a significant impact on the feedback processing of FRN and P300.
