Research On The Guarantee Of Minority Language Rights In China

Language and character are the carriers and tools for inheriting and carrying forward Chinese culture and civilization,and between people in social life.The language and character of ethnic minorities are the main way to distinguish ethnic minorities and the basis for guaranteeing the language rights of minority.There are a large number of ethnic groups in China,with a total of 56 ethnic groups,of which fifty-five are ethnic minorities.Ethnic minorities are distributed in various parts of China's territory.Due to geographical,living habits,historical traditions and other reasons,China's multi-language and multi-literal social status quo has been created.However,the progress of society,the development of science and technology,and the promotion of the language and language of the country have created certain threats to the protection of the languages and characters of ethnic minorities in China,and have challenged the guarantee of the minority language rights.Due to the importance of minority languages and the rights of the minority,the party and the government attach great importance to the protection of minority languages and the guarantee of minority language rights,and formulate the country according to the language of Chinese minority languages and the reality of ethnic minority areas.At the level and at the local level,the policies,laws and regulations,work regulations,etc.,thus more specifically guarantee the language rights of minority.The research idea of this paper is based on the theory,discusses and analyzes the safeguard measures proposed by China for the minority language rights,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the reasons,and puts forward targeted opinions and suggestions.First of all,the theoretical basis of this article is expounded.This article is based on the Marxist concept of national equality and the theory of minority differential rights.The Marxist concept of national equality is the guiding principle for China to deal with ethnic relations and solve ethnic problems.The minority differential rights theory pursues substantive equality and provides support for the guarantee of minority language rights.Secondly,this article sorts out and discusses how China guarantees the language rights of minority from the fields of law and regulation,education,media and other fields.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the status quo of the language rights of minority,and finds four problems facing the guarantee of minority language rights,and promotes ideology,laws and regulations,national common language and economic and social issues.The development of these aspects begins with a discussion of why these problems arise.Finally,based on the existing problems,we will make suggestions in a targeted manner.We must raise the level of ideology,establish sound laws and regulations,actively develop bilingual education,protect and rescue endangered minority languages and characters,and improve the level of informationization.Better guarantee the minority language rights.
